HOW IT WORKS

If you require a same day collection call us on 0800 633 5796 and ask for “City Waste”. Or call us to arrange for a date and time that best suits your schedule.

Remember you don’t have to be in our same day coverage area to get a collection. We cover nearly all London. Orion’s standard rate includes two free loaders for the first thirty minutes for a half load and two free loaders for one hour for a full load.. If you require us to send along additional loaders due to the size or placement of your waste please let us know.

To guarantee your complete satisfaction with the service, a receipt describing the final load size must be signed for at the end of loading.

 If the actual amount of Rubbish should exceed the booked amount, the driver will stop loading and point this out to you or a staff member. Should you then wish him to continue the cost will rise to the next level tariff.

Orion is a licensed waste carrier company and is committed to disposing of your Rubbish in accordance with the latest environmental legislation, and where possible all effort is made to recycle as much waste as possible.

As an Orion commercial customer, you have the option of either paying on receipt of invoice or by credit card at the time of booking or by cash at the time of collection.
